Custom Orders

As
I make all Ghillie dhu pieces individually by hand, there
will be a waiting time, but I endeavour to complete all orders
by the date given at time of order.
Due to the nature of custom
work and that it is not possible to re-sell some custom pieces
I ask for a 25% deposit once order details have been finalised
and orders will only be despatched on receipt of full payment.

Cancellations |
All orders may be cancelled via
e-mail or telephone before goods have been dispatched, if goods
have been dispatched the returns policy applies. |

Returns |
If for any reason you are unhappy
with your BUFF® you can return it within 14 days for a full
refund or exchange, all goods must be returned in the same condition
as new with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
Please Note: All return postage will not be covered by Ghillie
dhu and all postage charged from Ghillie dhu is non refundable. |
