Custom Orders

As
I make all Ghillie dhu pieces individually by hand, there
will be a waiting time, but I endeavour to complete all orders
by the date given at time of order.
All prices shown for custom
work are simply a guide, quotes will be given individually
for each project. Due to the nature of custom work and that
it is not possible to re-sell some custom pieces I ask for
a 25% deposit once order details have been finalised and orders
will only be despatched on receipt of full payment.

products have been specially selected for high quality and
innovation.
Ordering is easy and secure using Paypal or cheque.
If payment is made by cheque, cheques must clear before dispatch
of goods.

Cancellations |
All orders may be cancelled via
e-mail or telephone before goods have been dispatched, if goods
have been dispatched the returns policy applies. |

Returns |
If for any reason you are unhappy
with any items you can return them within 14 days for a full
refund or exchange, all goods must be returned in the same condition
as new with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
Please Note: All return postage will not be covered by Ghillie
dhu and all postage charged from Ghillie dhu is non refundable. |
