CUSTOM ORDERS
As I make all Ghillie dhu pieces individually by hand, there will be a waiting time, but I endeavour to complete orders by the date given at time of order.
Due to the nature of custom work and that it is not possible to re-sell some custom pieces I ask for a 25% deposit once order details have been finalised and orders will only be despatched on receipt of full payment.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Postage and packaging will be charged at the following rates.
Post Method: Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Heavier UK and Overseas orders by Courier.

PAYMENT
Payment is easy and secure using Credit/Debit Card, Paypal Account or Cheque. If payment is made by cheque, cheques must clear before dispatch of goods.
